Ken Burns and the Grand Re-Opening!

    7:30 p.m.Latchis Theatre

    Ken by Cable Risdon

Join Ken Burns for the Grand Re-Opening of the Latchis Theatre following renovation and restoration of the seats and the ceiling in the main auditorium.

Long-time friend of the Latchis Theatre, Ken will preview an entire episode of The Roosevelts: An Intimate History Episode 5 1933-1939  "The Rising Road" which focuses on the late 1930's (same as the Latchis!).  He will introduce the segment and answer your questions afterwards.

Sneak peek -- the series won't be released until 2014.  You won't want to be anyplace else on October 19, so save the date!

Ken Burns' The Roosevelts is a benefit for The Campaign for The Heavens and The Earth.

Tickets: $40 anywhere in the hall.
Purchase: In advance at Brattleborotix or at the Latchis Hotel desk.  Tickets will be available at the door.
